19th Century decorated Chinoiserie work side sewing box table.

This is a lovely item, that is full of age, charm and character....so very decorative

An attractive and rare piece. Tray top with a brass edge and a kingwood lined interior (could be French)

Solid, with no loose joints or wobbles. The oak lined drawer slides freely.

Great age and patina (not over restored).

Lovely original patina and colour, would look amazing in the right location!

Overall maximum dimensions: 58cm wide, 44cm deep, 76cm high (58.5cm high knee hole).

Some decoration imperfections and lacquer crazing, as one would expect. No keys and the locks are untested. There are some historical extinct woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations.
